Washington blueberries are at the end of the season.💙 You can continue to find them in stores for just a bit longer, or, keep enjoying those blueberries all year long by preserving (jam!) and freezing. Here are a few tips to freeze your blueberries for maximum flavor and ease (no clumpy berries) throughout the year. 🫐

1) Discard any soft, smashed or bruised berries. Remove any stems.
2) Lay parchment paper on sheet pan and place berries in single layer on parchment paper.
3) Place pan directly in freezer for at least 1 hour.
4) Move berries to resealable plastic bag. Remove air from bag and freeze.
5) Be sure to wash your berries once you pull them from the freezer and before use.
